Glad to see Clay rather than Wilfredo. I am cautiously optimistic that Clay can find his ’06 form. Tough lineup against whom to find one’s groove, but, this is the big leagues, so now is a very good time to do so.

Hensley has had no command all season and tonight is no different.
re 25: You really think Blum is that better then NOG? I know NOG has been terrible this year, but I don’t think there has been a single season over the past 10 that Blum has been better offensively.

With a good showing in his two starts over the next week and a half, LaForest could take that backup position away from Michael Barrett. The Pads could employ three catchers and perhaps send down the weak hitting Termel Sledge in a few days or so if Bradley finally gets healthy.
