In case you missed it, Rob Neyer has left ESPN after 15 years. I’ve enjoyed and admired Rob’s work more than I can say, and I’m sorry to see him go.
Rob has been a great supporter of Ducksnorts, from letting me ask him a bunch of questions in 2008 to bringing my humble blog into ESPN’s SweetSpot network this past season.
Thanks, Rob, for everything. It has been an honor and a pleasure. I wish you well in whatever the future may hold.

- Will Leitch (I attended the conference Leitch mentions. That’s the first time I spoke with Neyer in person. It was, as Leitch indicates, pretty cool.)

And from the Twitterverse:
Best of luck, Rob.
Rob was very gracious last year, taking about an hour to talk with me about the landscape of blogs, mainstream media, and how things are changing quickly.
He gave me some fantastic advice that helped with a project I was working on at the time and has also helped me develop the Friarhood website.
