That’s great that you made these t-shirts, but help me out with what the “Change is good” line is refering to.

Sure thing. It’s a play on words:

    1. Changing of the guard; i.e., Lee Smith –> Trevor Hoffman
    2. Trevor Hoffman’s signature pitch is his changeup.

Not that you should/need to change anything here, but saw a great sign at Petco in a similar vein – said “Off Speed Kills”

Anyone see a medical report on Branyan? I’m assuming it’s nothing serious since I haven’t seen anything reported, but…in all the hub-bub, maybe it got overlooked.

I’m a huge Hensley supporter. I wonder if he’s pitched himself into a playoff start (if we get that far). I’d like to think so.

Right now, Wells is the weakest started we have. Doubt he would go to the bully. Maybe he’ll cut his finger or something.

I would think not necessarily, because he’s also proven that he pitches well out of the ‘pen. He’s going to be the first guy if Boch needs someone in the 5th or 6th inning.

You have to Peavy, Wells, Young, Williams is the rotation if we get that far.

BTW, creat Jeff Bluff for making a great play to his right and a strong throw behind trevors last out yesterday. It obviously got over looked, but a real nice play.

That was a nice play. Blummer looks very comfortable at short. He’s made a few nice plays in September.
