As for Khalil, he also gets a huge boost by being the first guy to establish himself at the big-league level. 		<description>At what point does Antonelli's failure to hit start to become cause for concern?  Shouldn't he be demoted at some point?  I worry that he's going to develop his own version of Burroughs-itis, so focused on one thing (taking pitches) that he stops hitting.

Win Shares are a funny thing... I never would have guessed that Khalil would be ahead of those guys, although playing short and getting a head start seems to be his main advantage.
