Cumberland’s line is encouraging… At first blush (.271/.335/.333) it doesn’t look like much but he’s the same age Cedric was last year in Fort Wayne when Cedric posted this line (.282/.344/.373). Furthermore, Andrew was not regarded as the same level of hitter as Cedric. Geoff accurately predicted that Cedric would flourish this year. Andrew might do the same next year.

One last thing, neither player’s game revolves around power, but Cedric has developing power, Andrew will probably never have more than minimal power (just great athleticism and good plate discipline).
