Really, this sounds like the admonition that we can't suggest the Padres spend more money to improve their drafting. Teams that spend more than us on the draft typically draft better than we do. But it's off-limits because.....because we won't do it? 90: If the Padres hadn't signed a loan that prevented prepayment, they wouldn't have fixed debt payments.
