36: For the most part I agree they should just keep it easy and stick to traditional formats, but in the rare games like Linebrink's "win" a couple weeks ago, I think overruling the normal conventions is in order.

32: The way Giles is playing that upgrade would have to come at high price. What would it take to get, say, KGJr out of Cinci, even if he'd waive his NTC? 33: Ensberg hit .232 last year and still have a .396 OBP if memory serves. He can out-OG OG.

Atl leads the D-Backs 8-0, and Colorado is up 9-4 against the Dodgers, bioth games in the seventh. We should pull to within a half-game of each. 31: I doubt Ensberg would outperform Kouz for the remainder of the season. If there were a good-hitting 2B available, that would be the only clear way to upgrade the offense. We could improve our offense in RF, as well, but I doubt we'd be willing to bench a $10-million-per-year player.

29: Yeah, good call. I had heard that rule before, but I've never seen it actually applied to a game. Brocail gets the win.

I think the win goes to the reliever judged most effective by the official scorer. I know that seems odd, but I'm pretty sure that's the rule.
