Dodgers impressive last night....despite that little league play at the plate, they certainly can hit and so can the Mets. I always wonder, are they hitting well or is the pitching subpar? With todays superstar offensive teams, Yanks, Mets, the only way to get them is to have a stud pitcher. These teams hit any mistage hard. wish the Padres did that, but we have to manfacture runs. The playoffs are supposed to be about pitching, but this years its about hitting, hitting, hitting. Not sure how the PAdres will fair in such an environment. We shall see how Wells does today.
