Geoff, I'll be more than happy to volunteer my arguing services prior to the Braves series. I'm still bitter about that series in May.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

Great suggestions, all. Keep 'em coming!

"Moonlighting" - I miss that show.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

Great job, Geoff. But I do agree that you need someone to argue with. Get two people together who like each other, but also love to argue with each other, and it's ratings gold. It worked with "Moonlighting." It worked with "PTI." It will work here, damnit.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

I think it was very impressive for a first effort. I agree with the person who suggested more opinion instead of info, but for the first crack at something experimental, I think you did the right thing in being conservative with the content. So one person suggested more opinion, another suggested getting another person--combine the two and get some argument, beef, a little spice. Would be very fun to listen to.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

Great Podcast. You stole my idea.

One thing that I can think of that would make it better would be to have someone else with you doing the show.

Mabye get different people together and have each person concentrate on a certain portion of the show (ie one person does minor league report etc.)

Thanks
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

Thanks, Jeremy. Much appreciated!

Shifting gears, Peter Handrinos has posted an interview with Ted Giannoulas (SD Chicken):
